Shopping Online
All prices listed on this website are for online purchases only. Lemontbotanique.com uses the services of PayPal to ensure the security and confidentiality of your payments. All order information is protected during the check out process. You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account.
Delivery & Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of payment and order confirmation issued by us, subject to country and stock availability. You will be informed by email of the expected delivery date if stock is not available. Shipment will be made by FedEx, Royal Mail or other courier services. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery time due to delay during holiday periods, parcels inspection, customs clearance, incorrect address and failed delivery attempts.
Return Policy
We take pride in offering our customers the best quality. However, if you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please phone our customer hotline within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. All products to be returned are subject to the following: (a) returned in their original packaging, (b) have not been used, tampered, or opened, (c) have at least 6 months of shelf life, and (d) with an official invoice attached. Any products for return shall be sent to our distribution address as stated on the Contact page.
Replacement or refund is only available to customers who have purchased through lemontbotanique.com. Sample goods cannot be replaced or refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping cost is at the customer’s charge. You will be informed when your claim is approved. Exchange products are subject to availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will make a full refund. Refunds are processed only upon receipt of returned goods and will be credited into your credit card or Paypal account within 10 working days. Le Mont Ltd reserves the right to deny any replacement or refund, where the application is not appropriate or properly supported.
